Staying at this hotel was an absolute dream! The pool had amazing views and I loved the complimentary Thai chi classes. The gym was open 24/7, so I could keep fit late at night. Plus, the handy phone made navigating the city a breeze.

great stay but minor issues

The location was remarkable, only a ten-second walk to the Langham Place and close to the MTR station. The room was spotless with excellent amenities, especially the bathtub with speakers.

It could be more convenient to have better access to dining options within the hotel.

My recent stay in a Superior Double Room was enjoyable. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, including the bustling Ladies Market. The breakfast offerings at The Place were delightful, featuring a variety of international dishes. An unforgettable experience, especially enjoyed the friendly concierge services.

I felt like royalty in the spacious Executive Club Deluxe King room with its comfy bed and soft linens. The Executive Club Lounge was my happy place, offering stunning views, a delightful breakfast spread, and complimentary cocktails. Plus, the heated outdoor pool was pure bliss, even on chilly days!

Staying here for 6 nights was a delight, particularly enjoying the well-equipped kitchenette and the excellent selection of sandwiches. The staff, especially Vinod, provided attentive service, ensuring my wife's dietary needs were met daily. However, there was a minor inconvenience with the Wi-Fi connectivity intermittently dropping, and the noise from the street outside could be bothersome at times.

we had a lovely stay at cordis. the superior room was clean and comfortable with a stunning city view. the location was perfect—close to shopping and the mtr. the staff were fantastic, especially in the club lounge. they really went the extra mile to ensure we felt special.

Staff members are eager to assist and very friendly, making me feel welcome right from check-in. My room was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view of the city. The bed was cozy, and I appreciate the well-stocked toiletries. The swimming pool offered a refreshing escape from the heat of Hong Kong. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options from different cuisines. However, I did notice some areas for improvement. The only downside was the coffee setup. I expected a Nespresso machine in my Studio but had to make do with a manual kettle instead. Also, I encountered some delays during check-in, as one staff member seemed new and struggled with the process. Overall, these hiccups didn’t overshadow the wonderful aspects of my stay. I would definitely return for another great experience!

I loved enjoying delicious meals at Alibi just a few steps away and discovering the local markets and vibrant street life around the hotel, which really brought my weekend city strolls to life. As a solo traveler, I appreciated having a spacious room that provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring.

Enjoyed our stay with the family, especially loved the connecting rooms. The location made it easy to explore the vibrant city, and the nearby temples offered a cultural glimpse that captivated us all, particularly my elderly parents.
